The left coast region of Groovyverse is approximately 750 opensimulator regions developed over the past 2 years.
Its origins trace back to random comments at a renegade virtual burning man event when someone wished we could walk all the way over the bridge from baker beach. Initial planning was completed while we were dancing in the embers of an effigy in the virtual surf.
Herbie was there, but most people think it wasn’t his fault. Left Coast in Groovyverse most certainly is at least partly his fault
Cacophony Society: Groovyverse Lodge
A randomly gathered network of free spirits united in the pursuit of experiences beyond the pale of mainstream society.
According to self-designated members of the Society, "you may already be a member"
Members of the Cacophony Society's first group also became the primary organizers of the Burning Man event.
"We are not Burning Man, but, we are burning, man."
Our online group accepts all applicants and encourage participation in all our extra-ordinary endeavors.
